The upstairs roommate is a L&C student. A future fourth roommate may be added on the second floor.
Lease term is 1 year. Rent is $850/mo. for the smaller room, and $950/mo. for the larger room (see photos below).
A 5% discount is offered for full year rent paid up front. Deposit is $950, paid at lease signing.
Cost of internet & utilities per room is 25% each, and averages around $140 per month.
Driveway parking is available for an additional $40 per month.
Roommates share in house cleaning responsibilities.
No pets allowed.
No smoking or drug use allowed in the house or on the property.
Quiet time after 10 pm on school nights and midnight other days.
Overnight guests are limited to 4 nights per month, and no more than 2 nights in a row.
No parties or get-togethers of more than 3 people without agreement of all roommates.
Tenants must pass a criminal background check and credit check, demonstrate financial ability to pay rent and utilities, and provide references of prior rentals if applicable. Lease co-signers and reasonable accommodation for special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The application and background check fee is $50.
Note that this house does not qualify as an “Accessible” Type A Unit.
